What you actually get
Best for: the annual service on almost any car — and the one to book if the history has a gap in it.
This is the full annual service. Every filter that should be changed gets changed, the fluids are topped up, and on petrol engines the spark plugs are replaced.
The part people undervalue is the 40 point safety check with the wheels off. Brakes cannot be judged properly through a wheel, and taking them off is how you catch a seized caliper or a worn disc before it becomes an expensive noise.
Everything we find is photographed, priced and put to you before any extra work happens. If it can safely wait until next time, we will tell you that too.

Had my Mercedes C180 in with Kaine to replace both front suspension springs. I knew that this was not an easy job on this car. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was ready that afternoon. Had my Audi S3 in for a complete overhaul — Kaine supplied and fitted all the parts, including cam belt, water pump, a full service and a balance shaft delete. He also noticed one of my rear callipers was sticking, so recommended and fitted a new calliper and new rear discs and pads too. A 5 star service — I'll only use Kaine from now on for any mechanical work.
Exceptional experience with Kaine. Came out to me, took my car and fixed it all within two hours. Very impressed and will definitely call him if needed again. Great price.

About the Major Service
Will this keep my manufacturer warranty valid?
Yes. Block exemption rules mean a car can be serviced anywhere as long as the work meets the manufacturer's schedule and the right parts and oil are used. That is exactly what we do, and we stamp the book to prove it.
Can I have the MOT done at the same time?
Yes, and it is the sensible way to do it. We MOT first, tell you about anything that needs attention with a price, then service the car in the same visit.
What if you find something wrong?
We ring you with a photograph and a price before doing anything. Nothing extra gets carried out without you agreeing to it first.
Will servicing with you affect my warranty?
No. A car can be serviced anywhere as long as the work follows the manufacturer's schedule and uses the correct parts and oil. We do exactly that, and stamp the book.
How do I get a price for my car?
Send us the registration. Prices vary by make, model and engine — mostly because of oil specification — so we would rather give you the real figure than a headline one.
